Welcome Chef Manager Eric Credle
Chef Eric is joining the Trinity Dining Services team from George Mason University at Prince William. Chef Eric got his culinary passion in the US Navy Culinary Arts Program in California. Chef Eric then attended the MM Washington Career School Culainary Arts program C/O The Culinary Institute of America in Washington DC. Eric was the Executive Chef at the US dept of State and then Dept of Housing and Urban Development. Chef Eric then moved to the office of Naval Intelligence. Chef Eric is very pleased to have the opportunity to share his love of food with the Trinity Community. Please welcome Chef Eric to Trinity.
